Theresa is a Principal and the Chief Financial Officer of Federal Street Partners.

Professional Experience: From 1995 to 2000, Theresa lived in California and was a consultant to Northern Trust Global Advisors, Inc., assisting with the disposition of real estate investments and preparation of financial statements for the United Kingdom funds. She was also an accounting consultant to GE Capital. Prior to 1995, Theresa worked for RCB International Inc. as Vice President-Investment Accounting. She managed the analytical staff responsible for the valuation and reporting of investment funds. Theresa was also responsible for managing the custodial relationships and assisted with the creation of the internal audit function for RCB Trust Company. Theresa served as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1984 to 1988.
