Prior to establishing the Firm, most of the Principals served in senior capacities, as noted on the accompanying biographies listed under “Our Team”, at Northern Trust Global Advisors and previously at RCB International, which was acquired by the Northern Trust Corporation in 1995.

Federal Street Partners, LLC (the “Firm”) was launched on January 1, 2001, to research and evaluate hedge funds for investment. The Firm serves as the Investment Manager of both Onshore and Offshore Funds (see "Funds" for details). The Firm is registered as an Investment Advisor with the SEC and is registered as a Commodity Pool Operator with the CFTC and NFA.

The thrust of the Firm is directed toward the investment management and administration of hedge funds. The Firm has in place the resources to provide all of the accounting, performance monitoring and risk management necessary to quantitatively evaluate hedge fund investments. Analysis and evaluation of potential hedge fund investments follows a regular schedule of networking and on-site manager visits to fulfill the qualitative side of the investment process.
